FAQ

How far in advance should I book?

I require that your session is booked a minimum of 2 weeks before the date you want. I recommend that you book your session as early as possible to ensure that the date and time you want is available.

What happens if the weather is bad?

In the event that there is nasty weather I will contact you with a couple options. Depending on how severe the weather is, we could move to a different location. Other options may include moving the session ahead or back depending on availability or rescheduling all together.

FAQ

Will you pose us or do we have to know what to do?

Before our session I will plan different poses and prompts for you to do during the session so that you will never feel awkward. At the beginning of our session I will ask you if you have any specific poses that you want to do so that I can work them into what I have planned, but it is not expected of you to have any, only if you want to!

WHat if my kids don't listen?

That's perfectly fine! If your kids aren't into sitting still we will do less posed photos and more prompt type photos. I want to capture your family as it is today, so if that means kids running wild we will make it happen. Your photos should represent who your family is and 9 times out of 10 that isn't perfectly posed. A photoshoot should be about having fun for everyone, not sitting still and saying cheese.

FAQ

Can we bring pets?

Of course! Your animals are part of your family too! I am always looking to try something new so if you have a dog, cat, horse, rabbit, etc. bring them along. I do ask that you let me know beforehand if you plan to bring them so that I can plan accordingly. I also ask that whatever animal you bring is able to listen to basic commands so that nothing gets wrecked and nobody gets hurt.

Can I choose which Images I get?

Yes! After our session I do a basic cull to get rid of any photos where eyes are closed or it just doesn't look good, then I do some very basic touch-ups on all the images and deliver them to you with a watermark so that you can choose which ones you want. Once you choose, I will do final edits on the images that you chose and deliver them back to you watermark free!
